Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. I came here with my daughter before 10am this morning. The front door was open, the ordering kiosk was fully working, and there were employees in the back kitchen area, so naturally we thought the store was open. We ordered and paid for our drinks at the kiosk and waited for a long time, but nobody came out. We then went next door to eat breakfast, thinking the drinks would be ready afterward. When we came back, the drinks still were not made. Only then did I realize the store actually doesn’t open until 11am. If the store is closed, why is the front door open and the ordering machine still accepting payments with no sign saying the store opens at 11? I explained the situation to an employee and asked for a refund because we could not wait another 40+ minutes. He struggled with the refund process and then another female employee came in. Both employees had very poor attitudes the entire time, no smile, no apology, just unfriendly and annoyed expressions. The female employee then said she could not find my order and demanded the paper receipt for a refund. Unfortunately my daughter had thrown it away at the restaurant next door. I asked if they could look up the order by phone nu

I ordered the taro black tea boba as part of the BOGO promotion, and it was honestly the blandest tea I’ve had anywhere in Orange County, having tried many boba shops. There was no real taro flavor at allβ€”just a faint hint of black tea that tasted like it was made from basic tea bags rather than any loose leaf tea. The texture was even worse. Instead of a smooth, natural taro consistency, it reminded me of curdled milk, making it really unpleasant to drink. Flavor-wise, it was basically just sugar water. I ended up throwing both drinks away, which says a lot, because I'm not usually a picky person. I felt the need to make this review for anyone curious about this place, because I see now why they have so many promotional deals. I would have really liked a refund, as this was such an unacceptable experience, and I certainly won't be coming back. If you’re nearby, you’re much better off going to Hey Tea next door.

First time here. Ordered a Roasted Oolong Milk Tea and an Orange Grapefruit Green Tea, without topping from the counter. The drinks were made fast. My order was ready in less than 2 mins. However, I found that the milk tea wasn't mixed well. I could see a layer of syrup at the bottom of the cup (picture attached). Luckily, I saw it and gave it a couple more shakes until the syrup dissolved into the tea before drinking it. Overall, the fruit Tea is refreshing and I can taste the pulps from the grapefruit and oranges. Sweetness at 70% was perfect for me. As for the Roastes Oolong Milk Tea, after mixing the syrup well enough, the tea has the strong oolong fragrant. Sweetness level also at 70%, which also good enough. 4 stars minus 1 star for drink wasn't mixed wel enoughl at pick up.

Wushiland Boba originates from Taiwan and I've been told by Taiwanese friends that it's their favorite boba spot. Perhaps they set the bar too high for me or maybe it was a result of it being their soft opening, but I didn't find the Orange Grapefruit Green Tea I ordered to be anything special. I appreciated the larger cup size and the option to adjust sweetness and ice levels. The menu did appear to differ from other local boba competitors, but nothing on the menu jumped out at me except for the ice cream teas but they are not yet available. I'll def have to visit again in the future after Wushiland has been open longer and is more established.

If you are in Irvine and craving authentic boba, Wushiland Boba is the place to go! My wife has always loved their Green Milk Tea with mini pearls whenever we visit Taiwan. She only chooses mini pearls because it’s her only favorite. When she found out they opened a store in Irvine, we had to try it. We got the Green Milk Tea and the Brown Sugar Roasted Oolong Milk Tea (both with mini pearls, no ice, and 75% sugar). To her surprise, they tasted just like the ones in Taiwan!! One thing to note is that they only offer one sizeβ€”25 ounces (750 cc). Their pricing is consistent, though it differs from other boba tea shops that usually offer different sizes and prices. We are so happy that Wushiland Boba brought that familiar flavor here. Highly recommend it if you are a boba fan.
